Welcome to something different

The Upper Cervical Clinic joins the 5% of clinics in the Nation that exclusively offers Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care.

Dr. Burks works with your body’s natural ability to heal and stay healthy which yields long-term results, not treating your symptoms temporarily.

His goal is simple: to get you well, and help you stay well. As the primary doctor at The Upper Cervical Clinic, his passion is clearly evident through his care for you as a person and a patient.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Burks lives an active life-style. He enjoys fly fishing, snowboarding, hiking, and an occasional wine tasting on a sunny day with family.

Monica Finn

Monica is our front desk office assistant. She spends her time greeting and assisting patients as well as keeping the doctors on track. She enjoys getting to know the patients and hearing all of their success stories. Monica was also a patient herself, so she is able to relate and share her own success story with the patients. Before Monica joined the Upper Cervical clinic team she worked at a dermatology lab doing medical billing.

When talking to Monica you can hear in her voice that she is not originally an Oregonian. She was born and raised in Kentucky. She moved to Oregon six years ago with her husband Brian, two sons, Jarred and Hayden, and pets. When she is not at the clinic she enjoys spending time with her family, watching college basketball, hiking, reading, shopping and loving on her Bullmastiff, Ginger.
